Dr. Pham holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry. She continually dedicated to study advanced, post doctoral dentistry with some of the most progressive clinical dentists in the nation.

Heidi Lee, D.D.S.
Dr. Heidi Lee received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, with distinction, from the University of Western Ontario in Canada in 2007. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Lee enriched her clinical skills and dental expertise by attending a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of the Pacific. Her quality of care, professionalism towards patients, and enthusiasm towards continuing education earned her the Resident of the Year Award. After completing her residency at the University of the Pacific in 2008, she was invited to stay on staff as a clinical faculty member, providing advice in treatment planning and guidance in complex restorative cases.
Since the completion of her residency training, Dr. Lee has been practicing in the Bay Area. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Association.
Dr. Lee’s friendly and caring personality often puts her patients at ease in the dental chair. She works to build a rapport and long-term dental relationships with her patients, with the focus of ensuring patient comfort and lifelong oral health. She offers oral conscious sedation to ensure patients’ comfort during treatment.
During her downtime, Dr. Lee enjoys cooking, sewing, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Samuel Choi, D.D.S.

With his gentle, thorough, and caring approach, he aims to make your dental care experience more comfortable.
Dr. Choi takes the time to listen and discuss your concerns, ensuring that you have the information needed to make well-informed decisions about your dental health. He graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and subsequently completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine Program at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
Passionate about dentistry, Dr. Choi is committed to staying abreast of current technologies and innovations in the field. This ongoing commitment to learning enables him to incorporate an advanced, comprehensive approach to dental care, bringing these benefits to you.
Dr. Choi resides in the South Bay with his wife, Grace, and their three children: Joseph, Hannah, and Daniel. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, spending time with his family, hanging out with friends, and serving in his local church.

Because it felt right, I like working with my hands, and appreciate the privilege of playing a part in helping people live healthy lives.
